After a 12day stint at Altitude in Italy ontop of Passo Stelvio, I headed to China for the Tour of Quinghai Lake. We arrived on the Monday 4days before the start in order to be able to adjust to the time zone and for the first couple of days everything was going well and we got a few nice training rides in.

This week in the Tour Down Under I am riding for the Uni SA/ Australian National Team. In our team we have, Allan Davis, Matt Wilson, Luke Roberts, Wes Sulzberger, Carl Menzies, Richie Porte and myself.
